Purchasing an apartment with bridge and city views was the ultimate dream for the client, who migrated to Sydney over 35 years ago. The result of tremendous hard work and professional success allowed her to realise her dream in 2018.

Located in Kirribilli, the apartment is perfectly located on the water, and boasted panoramic views of the Opera House, city skyline, and the Harbour Bridge, but the apartment itself was poorly configured, with misaligned walls, exposed electrical conduits and a dated kitchen and bathroom with stick on vinyl flooring that cheap and renter friendly. I was fortunate enough to be presented with the opportunity to revitalise the apartment and make it as special as the view and outlook demanded. The client brief was deceptively simple; open up the view, rationalise the layout, and provide ample storage.
